Insurance & Billing

You will be asked to provide us with your insurance coverage information at your first visit and every 90 days thereafter. Please review the list of accepted insurance plans. If you do not see your plan, please call and ask us about  it.

If pre-authorization is required for chemotherapy or outside testing, we will be responsible for obtaining that authorization.

It is a requirement of your health insurance that co-payments be collected at each visit.

It is our objective to provide our patients with the best care at a reasonable cost. We participate with many HMO, PPO and POS insurance plans and we will file those insurance claims for you. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company and we are not a party to the contract. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

If you have a type of insurance with which we do not participate, it will be your responsibility to pay at the time of service. We will be happy to supply you with a receipt and our billing office will send you an itemized statement for submission to your insurance carrier.

You will be introduced to one of our Patient Financial Counselors who will assist you with your financial health. Should you have any billing questions, please feel free to contact the billing office at 919-829-4460.
